3 strips bacon chopped
2 lbs ground Italian sausage
1 medium onion chopped
1 Tblsp Italian seasoning
3-5 cloves garlic
2 cups cauliflower rice
6 Cups chicken broth
1 bunch fresh baby spinach or kale
11/2 heavy cream or whipping cream
1-Turn Quick Cooker/pressure cooker to Sear mode. Add chopped bacon and cook through. Remove.
2-Add the sausage and brown.
3-Add the onions and Italian seasoning.
4-Once onions start to look translucent add pressed garlic and stir.
5-Add broth. Stir and scrape the bottom of the pot to deglaze.
6-Add Cauliflower rice
7-Cancel Sear mode, close lid, and set to custom cook mode for 5 minutes.
8-After cooking cycle ends, allow natural release for 10 minutes.
9-Press steam release button
10-remove lid and add spinach and stir well
11-Stir in the heavy cream and serve.
