I am not the perfect parent. Far from it (note the blurry picture–the only recent one I could find of my family all together and all smiling). I have learned from so many mistakes and from the incredible people in my life; friends who have walked before me and with me, pastors, teachers, counselors, and more. I feel God has put it on my heart to share some of these insights and give other parents some hope and maybe some guidance as your kids (and you) go through some very tough teen years.
I know some people are not going to agree with my parenting style. Take it or leave it, share your wisdom, and then just pray.
